Purpose: Responsible for partnering with the Executive Search recruiters to establish a global interview and assessment process. To create an unparalleled hiring manager and candidate experience through position start to offer acceptance.

Key Recruiting Responsibilities

· Support the entire recruitment process including requisition approval, hiring manager briefing, job advertising, candidate sourcing, application review, candidate screening, interview strategy and offer process.
· Partner with the team to build Executive Search Tool Kit to embed a global process from candidate screening, hiring manager interview preparation, interview framework and feedback collection.
· Partner with the team to enhance hiring manager experiences through various touch points during the process.
· Leverage various crossfunctional teams (travel, mobility, compensations, rewards, HR, Talent, etc) to place an enhanced focus on executive level candidate experiences from initial introduction to offer acceptance.
· Collaborate with the Sourcing team on pipelining and proactive search strategies for critical business areas.
· Build and maintain candidate pools of strong former candidates and new prospective candidates within the functional area that your support.
· Participate in strategic planning meetings with recruiters and key customers to understand current and upcoming requirements in order to support the candidate generation efforts and the overall recruitment process within your scope of responsibility.
· Support the recruiter in planning and gathering information for quarterly review meetings with key customers that will provide an overview of recruiting achievements as well as opportunities to improve hiring performance moving forward.
· Support additional recruitment initiatives as needed.

Experience Requirements

· University Degree in HR, Business or related field.
· Strong proficiency with technology and social media.
· Minimum of3years experience in a customer facing role.
· Minimum of 1 year experience in recruiting or HR preferred.
· Knowledge of the footwear, apparel, retail industry a plus.
