Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

· Support the Business KPIs by delivering effective training modules to the all sales channels (DTC & Wholesales)
· To execute effective training modules with ROIs that are translated into business KPIs

Key Responsibilities:

Business alignment & KPIs focus

· Strategise training priorities aligned with SEAPAC and market KPIs
· Develop, establish and manage the retail training calendar in coordination with the Retail Back office, Global Sales Academy & Marketing Calendar
· Train store personnel to consistently deliver excellent customer service by in-store coaching on selling skills and product knowledge
· Independent regular structured store visits (Retail & Franchise) conducted with constructive action plans for with prompt follow ups to address business gaps
· Document all trainings conducted and monitor training hours per headcount
· Training effectiveness to be measured against KPIs (NS, MSP, NPS, Campaign Sell Thru and etc)

Learning & Development

· Conduct trainings for Retail field according to adidas Group Retail University (aGRU), seasonal product launches and other training needs mapped against the retail competency roadmap
· Tailor different training methods suitable for business requirements or learner’s capabilities
· Ensure that all training materials from Global Sales Academy/SEAPAC are relevant to market and executed promptly
· Support living SHINE efforts and ensure maintenance of the individual training records in the SHINE development booklets
· Conduct an annual TNA per year, evaluate outcome and develop/conduct tailored training to address gaps
· Plan and execute effective product trainings before product launch for all channels (Retail/Franchise and Wholesales)

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· Diploma in Training & Development / Retail Management
· ACTA certified preferred
