Purpose/Mission

This role is responsible to drive profitable and sustainable market share growth within assigned Wholesaler(-s) while respecting the image of the adidas Group brands

Key Responsibilities

Functional;

· To represent the assigned account(-s) internally as an ‘ambassador’ toward all functions and vice versa and manage all interfaces
· To ensure understanding of the assigned accounts and categories and documentation by Account Fact Book
· To ensure development of the account strategies, formalization by Strategic Account Plans and get sign off by the direct superior
· To Sell-in and agree on sell-out support and ensure formalization by Account Marketing Plans
· To monitor sell-out and the order book continuously and ensure reliable and cost efficient supply for the account
· To support enforcement of adidas Group Trade Terms Policy

· To measure progress on own KPIs
· To report to all superiors
· To monitor all reports
· To monitor and report on customers and competitors sell-through and activities, and propose/initiate/take actions
· To provide realistic plans and forecasts on customers performances
· To ensure customer compliance with agreements

Professional background:

· Functional: > 2 years Sales, partly as KAM or in the Field
· Industry: ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG
· Leadership: NA
· Exposure: Sports, Marketing, account marketing

Educational Background :

· University degree in business with marketing and sales focus

IT and Language skills

· Outlook: basic
· Word: advanced
· Excel: advanced
· PowerPoint: advanced
· English: advanced
· Local language: Fluent
