Accountabilities:

Business Performance and sales target

· Prepare weekly and monthly retail sales reports.
· Analyze and interpret retail trends
· Devise reports to track retail and monitor KPIs and SSE driven retail operations priorities
· Perform productivity analysis to track retail space and FTE/ Sales per Manhour productivity
· Consolidate all retail related reports for routine business updates.
· Track and benchmark (internally & externally) the market's performance, identify areas in need of support and develop projects with the markets to improve performance
· Acts as SPOT Point Person for Retail Operations
· Master User and main contact/administrator for CORP and GROW across
· Assist in consolidation of reports on tactical, clearance, incentive and competition updates
· Acts as coordinator on subjects surrounding Global Retail Standard Operation procedures

People

· Contribute to discussions planning sales incentives and staff motivation programs
· Coordinate with area manager on staff recruitment and turnover
· Share best practices and ensure staff receive on the job coaching, mentoring & education
· Recommend structural or human changes within the store in order to achieve sales and image targets

Operation Management

· Interpret reports and advise shop operation team on critical business pillars necessary to ensure delivery of commercial targets/KPIs
· Consolidate marketing and tactical plans and review promotions ROI
· Participate in group business planning and monitor results and policies of competitive organisations when preparing future plans and strategies
· Implement Retail operating procedures, policies and controls. Ensure Retail Operation Excellence
· Provide guidance on compliance with all statutory and corporate affairs requirements on a timely basis as appropriate
· Assist in preparation of new store business forecasts, budgets and reports on aspects of profitability, capital expenditure and operation performance where appropriate

· Work with merchandising team on store budget assortment plan to ensure adherence with target category growth KPIs
· Work with Retail Merchandising Analyst to analyse buy volumes vs sales vs space
· Assist in providing retail operations input to Retail Analystto produce relevant reports to support finalised buying decisions
