Purpose:

Co-ordinate all actions and provide expertise and administrative support to HRM and Rewards on matters relating to International Mobility, interpreting mobility policies and procedures and ensuring relocation policy compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

•Carry out ongoing tasks regarding immigration, security/risk, relocation, shipping and other tasks related to relocation on matters involving service and support to international employees, taking account of aspects specific to the countries concerned

•Drive administrative management, monitor and obtain the legal documents specific to international movements: visas, residence permits, etc.

•Administer selected mobility benefits, including regular updates based on internal and external information, and admission to health and offshore pension plans and other mobility benefits.

•Oversee appropriate tax handling and reporting of international employee pay and benefits in partnership with Payroll Services and tax services provider.

•Manage personnel information databases and to track international employees, their assignments and the benefits that they receive and monitor adherence

•Steer and co-ordinate the actions of suppliers (internal and external) and ensure cost effectiveness of service provision for tax services, immigration, security/risk, relocation, shipping etc. for international employees with the support of the International Mobility community

•Manage administration, payment, invoicing, billing, and recharging of costs for mobility benefits

•Support projects to advance the international mobility programme

•Facilitate communication to internal and external parties around the topic of Regional and International Mobility

•Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

•Excellent skills on excel

•Proven ability to learn and grasp concepts quickly

•Capability of working independently

•Excellent communication and listening skills

•Fluency in English language

•International mindset

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

•Bachelor or equivalent university degree

•Basic knowledge in CHN Income Tax is an advantage

•1-2 years’ experience in Human Resources ideally with specialization in International Mobility function

•Highly proficient in Microsoft Office skills, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
