We are currently offering the opportunity to join Adecco as a International Sales Support Manager.
The International Sales Support Manager will be business development of international accounts, guaranteeing international coordination and compliance of international contracts and service agreements.

- Definition/ Research
• Identifying business opportunities in Spain: sales, gross margin etc…
• Analysing the RFP/ opportunity to identify key differentiating aspects
• Coordinate & attend national customer meetings.
- Pricing/ Offer
• Prepare offers: define sales strategy together with management by analysing the market, competition and customer.
• Use information and key differentiating aspects to define the offer, pricing and profitability.
• Carry out customer visit to present the offer.
Negotiation
• Coordination of the negotiations with key contacts: present the offer, persuade Adecco added value and defend pricing.
• Internal negotiations with national and international KAM's and regional managers.
• Adapt the offer to the bid peculiarities.
- Implementation
• Explain international agreement to branch network and publish it in the intranet.
• Manage the coordination between Adecco international team and branch networks to guarantee business development of new international accounts: implementation meetings with the customer and encourage cross sales.
• Guarantee the correct compliance of the international agreement.

2. International coordination/information
• Gather and consolidate account information of international customers.
• Transmit national account information to international KAM's.
• Write news letters from international calls/ events.
• Responsible for all aspect of an international agreement

3. Participate in national/ international workgroups: negotiations with different departments, MSP projects…

Perfil buscado

Requisitos:
·  - University degree specialised/ related to business/ sales
- English and French: fluent business level is a must.
- Availability to travel workdwide.
- Experience working in an international context within a large organisation is valued
