Our client is a company who created a platform to rent cars amongst particulars. Your mission will be to call the new users to help them to install the system and guide them through the process.

You would be working in the center of Barcelona with excellent transport connection, super easy to get there.

Main responsibilities:

·  Solve customer queries through phone calls, chat, and email.
·  Provide excellent customer service according to the company standards.
·  Provide advice and guidance to the customer and coordinate the actions to solve the queries successfully
