In this position besides working for a well-known multinational, you will have the opportunity to develop your communicative skills. If you are a person with a clear patient and detail orientation, organised and used to work in critical situations, we want to meet you! By the way, you don´t need to speak Spanish!

You will work in Sant Cugat del Vallès and your main task will be to attend to patients and their families by telephone, mainly about technical problems related to the different glucose measuring devices that the company sells.

In addition, once trained in your position, you can work from home 2 to 3 days per week and to continue adding more facilities, the days you work at the company´s facilities they will provide you a meal ticket with which you have a complete menu for a small fee. It is important that you are available to work from 8 am to 7 pm as it is the established schedule for patient assistance; however, you will work full time from 8 am to 5 pm, from 9 am to 6 pm or from 10 am to 7 pm depending on the needs of the company.

Requisitos:
·  - Certificate of Higher Education (HNC); will be positively valued if it is in health sciences or IT.
- Is a must a bilingual level of German and high level of English, minimum Advanced; but you don´t have to speak Spanish.
- Clear patient and detail orientation, organization and be used to work in critical situations.
