This role is to work with reputable logistics and HGV company based in Stockport area.

With in the role you will be assisting the Depot Manager to manage the workshop and to ensure customer expectations are met.

The duties will include:

·  Raise job cards as required and updating jobs on the system accurately and efficiently

·  Ensure that job cards are completed and signed correctly

·  Review system status reports to ensure no job has missed being completed

·  Update job times for fitters for every job worked on the clock cards

·  control and monitor clock in times , breaks and end times

·  Ensure the correct equipment is booked out for relevant jobs

·  Process Purchase orders

·  Maintain stock levels

·  Liaise with customers regarding any rescheduling of works

·  Update customers regarding scheduling and completion of works

·  Answer Telephone and deal with any queries
