Adecco kendal are recruiting an administrator for one of our largest clients based in kendal. The role is to start immediately working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Principal Accountabilities:

·  Co-ordinating and managing site inductions, technicians job qualifications, medical and security records training and offshore training requirements and update the CRM system accordingly.

·  Management of the technician skill`s, competency, Job qualifications, Customer Qualifications in line with the CRM procedures.

·  Complete all associated tasks for Technician Vacation / Holiday, Sick requests / reporting, Inductions, Training Exposure requests.

·  Provide or assist in submitting information for any projects, work packs for the organisation of logistic deployment or mobilisation of any technicians for any activity.

·  To administer and maintain accurate records of all Field Service Technicians' medical records including the Company's Radiation Dosimetry Service and inform HR or any potential issues.

·  Record all SCATS and security vetting information including P4 passes accurately and renew as required ensuring that this is done in a timely manner to avoid expiry dates lapsing.

·  Arranging company medicals for Field Service Technicians and any occupation health appointments needed.

·  Liaise with Workforce Planners to ensure all of the above meets operational requirements, ensuring good communication over any potential problems areas.

·  To demonstrate a strong team ethic and building relationships, both internal and external.

·  To undertake other administrative duties as required by the business.

·  Actively work to the Core values and FCPA requirements within all work based activities

·  Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

·  Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise workload.

·  Ability to work in a pressurised environment.

·  Good working knowledge of MS Windows and Office products.
