An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Weighbridge Operator to join our well established client on a on-going long term basis in Cardiff.
Hours:Rotational Shift Pattern - Morning , Afternoons and Nights (Will include occasional Saturdays 6am-6pm)
Duties will include:
* Operation of the weighbridge (for which training will be provided)
* Dealing with drivers face to face and issuing of paperwork
* Inputting data on to our in house databases
* Dealing with customer queries both over the phone and in person
* General office administration such as letter/report writing, photocopying, faxing, filing, archiving
*Reporting directly to the Weighbridge Supervisor
Person specifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience working in a similar role
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent communication skills with peers and customers at all levels, via telephone, e-mail and in person
* Computer literate
* Good attention to detail
They will also be a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is flexible and has a hands-on approach
Weighbridge experience would also be an advantage but not essential as training will be given.
