Our client based in Sleaford are looking to recruit a Warehouse/Supply Chain Administrator to join their friendly team on a full time, permanent basis.

The role will involve:

-Liaising with hauliers to arrange collections and deliveries to and from customers.
-Making sure the correct quantity of product is distributed to customers.
-Receiving and recording all deliveries on to the system.
-Arranging internal stock transfers between external warehouses and the factory to meet business needs.
-General stock level control and re-ordering.
-Creating spread sheets to monitor load movement and pallet availability within the facility.
-Arranging stock transfers to sister site.
-Cover Logistics Manager in their absence.

The ideal candidate will:

-Have a background in Supply Chain/Logistics/Warehouse administration
-Have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various internal colleagues and 3rd parties
-Have excellent attention to detail
-Have the ability to work under pressure in a time critical environment
-Possess a forklift licence (desirable not essential)
