Adecco are currently recruiting for a new role within our clients Admiinstration team. This is a progressive organisation based in Chesterfield and due to growth, our client is looking to expand their team.

You will be joining the Sales Support department which consists of a team of 6. The role involves working in a busy and fast paced environment, it can be a pressurised, but also rewarding.

You will be working with other team members on the following tasks:

·  Preparing quotes for vehicles (cars and commercial vehicles) to help increase sales volume and raise customer service standards.

·  Prepare quotes to aid the internal fleet management team with vehicle costing and purchase decisions

·  Maintaining continual Communication with our clients Network many of who contact our Sales Support team directly to seek assistance with the decision making and supply aspects of their vehicle purchase planning

·  Liaising with Dealers to locate available stock to source potential sales, work closely with dealers to ensure that the licensee purchase process runs correctly and communication with licensees is maintained

·  Continually maintaining Stock lists on our Share-point to assist licensees to locate the vehicles they require

·  Handling a wide variety of queries

·  Assist with periodic sales campaigns involving the Development team and the Internal Sales team

·  Dealing with telephone and e-mail enquires in a timely and efficient manner from both fellow team members and from licensees

·  Carrying out administrative duties and any other reasonable tasks as required from team managers, to support of the workings of the department and wider company

·  Proficient in MS Office applications, Outlook, Word and Excel

·  Enthusiastic, conscientious and a flexible team member with the ability to work within a diverse environment

·  Works well on own initiative, as well as being a good team member

·  Strong interpersonal, organisational skills and effective time management
