Key Responsibilities
*Responsible for having a good understanding of relevant Golden Processes, Finance Manual and general accounting principles
*Perform day to day processing of accounts payable invoices, specifically for the non-stock suppliers.
*Liaise with budget owners and commercial to ensure that we pay within contractual terms.
*Supplier statement reconciliations completed, queries by phone and email are answered in a timely manner.
*Consistently strives to meet customer expectations and service level agreements in addition to making recommendations for streamlining processes by highlighting opportunities for improvements
*Support in the production of the weekly payment runs
*Responsible for working/operating within a controls environment
*Work independently and to a consistently high standard
*Have a critical eye to identify errors and inaccuracies
*Identify opportunity for process improvement
