Treasury Analyst

Adecco have an exciting opportunity to join a well established Energy and Services Company in Windsor as a Treasury Analyst on a temporary basis for 12 months.

Location: Windsor

Salary : £180 per day

Duration: 12 months initially

Working shift: Monday - Friday 37 hours per week

Job description:

As a Treasury Analyst , you will facilitate the daily operations of the UK Treasury Back Office function to ensure the department functions effectively. You will have a Key relationship with the Treasury Front Office and internal stakeholders in the businesses, and play an important role in the management of relationships and the resolution of queries and the need of internal stakeholders .

Duties:

·  To ensure treasury controls are followed

·  To form internal stakeholder relationships, support and guide on treasury matters.

·  To form third party relationships ensuring high service levels are provided and the needs of the treasury back office are met in a timely fashion

·  Compile the group daily cash management position for all 5 cash pools held across two banks within Quantum and investigate discrepancies arising from your bank reconciliation

·  Administer all group bank accounts for those businesses signed up to the treasury policy including bank account opening/closing and bank mandate changes

·  Facilitate all treasury payments from Quantum and our online banking systems when required

·  Ensure all settlements are made before the currency cut-off and work with the banks to ensure errors are corrected

·  Ensure all treasury deals are matched in Misys/Quantum and reported daily as part of EMIR

·  Work effectively with the treasury team and the wider Finance community
Support the team with projects and adhoc tasks

It would be great to see candidates with:

·  Knowledge of payment and banking systems

·  Strong administration skills

·  Excellent Microsoft Office skills

·  Ability to prioritise own workload

·  Educated to A Level or equivalent
