Transport Co-ordinator Role :

Driver brief & de-brief.

Dealing with daily operational problems promptly and efficiently.

Planning vehicles runs for the following day.

Liaise with customers & depots to ensure all targets & deliveries are met.

Ensuring all work is accurate and up to date on the in house traffic management system.

Ensure that all administrative tasks associated with the operation are completed to the required standard.

Transport Co-ordinator Requirements:

Must have previous experience in a Transport Office.

Excellent IT skills - Microsoft Packages e.g. Excel, Word, Office.

Ability to prioritise workload.

Excellent industry knowledge.

Must be an excellent communicator both written & verbally.

Work well under pressure.
