Adecco are currently recruiting for a Part Time Training Internal Sales Consultant to join our client based in the Brackmills region of Northampton. This is a permanent opportunity paying between £23k per annum.

We are looking for a strong character, who can use their own initiative and think on their feet. We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated individual with proven ability to work efficiently and on their own within a fast paced working environment. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous however is not essential.
The role:
Within the role you will be expected to contact mainly existing customers or following up on warm leads over the phone to sell training packages.
The training packages will be based on the company products you provide to the customers or similar products all related within the engineering sector.
Requirements:
You will be working to team and individual weekly/monthly sales targets
You will be expected to work with your team engage with the current sales campaigns
Provide regular sales projections as required
Plan personal sales activities effectively
Manage your balance of market knowledge with lead generation and opportunity management
To provide professional and efficient support to customers both internally and externally

The ideal candidate:
Excellent level of drive and motivation
Ability to multitask
Customer focused - you will be the face of the company
Experience of following up warm leads
Previous experience of working within a sales role
Knowledge within engineering
Desire to learn and adapt

Working hours: Monday - Friday 30 hours per week (You must work all 5 days of the week but can be flexible as to when the 30 hours are completed)
