Training Coordinator

Job description
Responsibilities:
· Liaise with participants and others concerned on course details, enrollment, and attendance; coordinate venue arrangements and ensure that each course is organized according to plans.
· Provide instructions and respond to inquiries and coordinate with overseas offices regarding training matters.
· Administer training documentation: maintain file, record training information and training registration.
· Establish and maintain relationships with internal clients from various departments.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in any field.
· Having a few years working experience, preferably in training, administration or human resources related position. Some training or teaching experience is preferred.
· Ability to work both as part of a team and individually, with responsibility and maturity.
· Organizing skills.
· Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
· Fluent command of English (especially in writing)
· All the basic computer skills.
