Role Summary/Purpose

Training Administrator will be responsible for training development, induction process for new hire & Internship administration
Essential Responsibilities

Training Development Administration
•Work with HRM to ensure proper administration and records of TP-PCP (Temasek Polytechnic-
Professional Conversion Program) and TP-ELP (Temasek Polytechnic - Earn and Learn Program) to account for audit and Government funding.
•Work with Teaming Leader and Facilitators to provide administrative related support to Teaming activities.
•Maintain and update training records for Teaming and In-house OJT.
•Focal point for all training related requisitions, payment and claims for Government funding.

Induction Process for New Hires
•Plan, coordinate and monitor new hires (including interns, contract and full-time employees)
induction process among the various supporting functions and shops operations.
•Maintain and update proper induction record for hourly new hires in conjunction with the TP-PCP and TP-ELP

Internship Administration
•Work with the various functions on IA student requisitions and deployment.
•Liaison with local tertiary institutions on affairs related to IA students or intern.

•SgIS scholarship record, tracking and EDB claims.
Qualifications/Requirements

•Diploma in Business Administration / Management or equivalent with 3 years’ relevant working experience, or
•Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource related fields.

•Proficient in MS Office software
•Training/facilitation, planning and organizational skills
•Knowledge in team building co-ordination and activities advantageous
