Adecco Kendal are currently recruiting for a number of Trainee Technical Assistants to work for our fantastic Client based on the outskirts of Kendal

The purpose of this role is to provide practical support to the Quality and Development Technicians

The main tasks are;

sampling, processing and testing of raw materials to verify their quality before they are released to production
Perform Quality Assurance Testing on finished samples
Provide inspection reports for Customers based on Quality Assurance testing
perform routine calibration and maintenance of test equipment
Generate test data to promote the use of our products in various Customer applications
Prepare and dispatch samples for Customer evaluation
use IT tools to generate reports, present data and store information as required

Previous experience is not necessary although a science based qualification would be advantageous. Full training will be given

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 7.45am to 16.10pm Friday 7.45am to 15.10

This position is a temporary to permanent role for the right Candidate
