Due to business expansion Adecco Southend are currently recruiting for a Trainee 360 Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our passionate and fun team. You will be joining our Award Winning Perms Division, (currently Number 3 in the Country), learning from the best in the business.

No recruitment experience is necessary however you will need to enjoy sales and a fast-paced environment! Full training will be provided and is ongoing. Working Hours 9:00 am - 5.30pm or 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday, offering a salary of £18,000 - £20,000 basic + Commission + benefits.

Responsibilities:

·  Provide a warm and professional welcome for all visitors to the branch to ensure that the first impressions and contact with Adecco are positive

·  Deal effectively with client and candidate queries and resolve them in a timely fashion.

·  Collaborate with all members of the team to achieve the objectives/targets of the branch

·  Conduct sales calls in order to introduce Adecco services to clients.

·  Arrange client meetings gain client commitment and keep abreast of their needs.

·  Interview candidates to assess qualifications, skills, previous employment and availability - match to suitable vacancies. If no suitable vacancy exists, contact clients in an endeavour to obtain a suitable role.

·  Generate leads from all possible sources including networking

·  Present candidate details to the client and arrange an interview, where appropriate, optimise all opportunities to sell the services of Adecco.

·  Keep up to date on competitor activity and developments in the market

·  Negotiate with clients resulting in a positive revenue stream for the business

·  Understand that the role is fast-paced, and target driven, with daily structure and activities to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

·  Ensure that high levels of customer service (to both clients and candidates) are achieved at all times

Requirements:

·  Experience of working in a fast-paced environment

·  A strong work ethic with the ability to manage your own workload effectively

·  Excellent customer service skills both face to face and on the phone

·  Have a warm and self-motivated attitude
