Our client is based in the York area and pride themselves on delivering all projects on time and to budget. You will be working within successful team, your responsibilities will include:-

·  Communicate with clients, supplier and contractor to ensure the work in progress is scheduled correctly

·  Follow up and compile tenders

·  setting up of new contracts onto their system

·  Diary management

·  Assist with procurement, ordering all necessary materials and labour required for the most effective cost

·  Take Telephone orders

·  General admin duties using word excel and PowerPoint

·  Assist with the producing Health and safety documents

·  Processing time sheets
