Our client is looking for a Trade Counter Sales/Warehouse Person to assist them in providing their customers with a first-class service.

Responsibilities and Duties:

� Serving customers on the Trade Counter

� Taking customer orders via telephone/internet

� Check off supplier deliveries

� Off load delivery vehicles safely

� Answering telephone enquiries and orders plus processing responding to and chasing quotes and orders

� Building, developing and managing excellent customer relationships

� Preparing new displays for the trade counter with offers and new products

� Maintaining a good level of product knowledge

� To ensure stock arriving in the warehouse is accepted, signed for and checked in a timely manner

� To report breakages and/or missing items to the supplier/purchasing as soon as possible from any delivery

� To put away stock in a timely and safe manner

� To maintain tidy, safe and manageable working environment and adhering to all safe working practices

Qualifications and Skills:

� Excellent customer service skills

� Very strong communications skills, both written and verbal

� A positive and can-do attitude

� Team player

� Friendly, patient and able to work in a fast-paced environment

� Attentive to detail

� Problem solver

� Experience in a similar role and market and products knowledge would be highly advantageous

Benefits:

� Working hours: 7am - 5.30pm (negotiable)
