Fantastic opportunity to join a well established company based in Newbury. Our client is looking for a Trade Counter Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. Starting ASAP the role is around £22K

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Dealing with sales enquiries via telephone and email
* Using Microsoft Excel and other packages proficiently to deal with orders and check stock levels
* Dealing with customer complaints and queries
* Providing correct product information to customers
* Dealing with invoices generated from previous sales
* Potentially helping out in the warehouse if needs be
* Making sure stock levels are appropriate and maintained
* Positively promoting the company

Candidates will ideally:
* Be organised
* Have a professional
* Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Have a willingness to learn
* Have an interest in engineering or related products
* Be excellent at communication skills
* Be able to work as a member of a team
