We are currently recruiting a Trade Counter / Customer Service Assistant for our client based in Bow, East London. This role is working on a trade counter taking orders from trade customers and might suit someone from a retail background.

You will be taking orders for goods both face to face and over the phone. Giving prices to customers, sending out quotes, taking payments, checking stock availability and producing invoices for customers. You will need to have a good attention to detail and a good level of computer literacy.

You will be based on a trade counter and working as part of a team. You do not need to have previous trade counter experience but coming from a retail/customer service background may help.

The hours of work are 7.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday 8am - 12pm. This role will go permanent for the right person.
