PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

MyTime

·  Administrator of the MyTime (Interflex) system within the business.

·  First point of escalation for MyTime issues for MyP&O.

·  Responsible for investigation, resolution or escalation to MyTime Key user for issues escalated from MyP&O

·  Responsible for providing data on leavers and international transfer records to MyP&O and the payroll team and clear down of banked holiday accounts data on leave date.

·  Responsible for updating T&A associate records that fall outside the blocking window or have failed to interface from the CHRIS system. I.e. overtime (including approval) holiday booking, shift changes etc.

·  Responsible for running actions in the system for processes such as family friendly, assignees, change in working pattern etc.

·  Responsible for adjusting of holiday balances for associates that change working hours during year.

·  Responsible for processing international assignees records.

·  Responsible for processing of special days payments as instructed by Rewards.

·  Responsible for access issues, including password resets for associates with additional access.

·  Will support the MyTime Key User for system testing.

·  Responsible for tracking escalations from MyP&O and to system provider to ensure resolution is within SLA.

·  Responsible for weekly auditing of payroll data for any MyTime related payments in line with payroll controls.

·  Ensuring periodically the system housekeeping and auditing is completed.

TMS

·  Administrator of the TMS system within the business.

·  Responsible for supporting associates in the use of TMS and is the first point of escalation for T&A issues for MyP&O

·  Responsible for checking T&A data is accurate and preparing upload files for the payroll system

NATURE AND SCOPE

Job Content:

The job-holder will be a member of the MFS UK Payroll team. Where appropriate, the team will provide cover for each other and support each other in periods of high activity. Within the team there will be several different roles, each with its own area of accountability. This team will have processes and systems in place that they administer and will continuously develop them in order to ensure delivery of excellence in administration.

It is essential that the job-holder takes responsibility for planning their own time in order to deliver what is required and to manage their own workload and projects.
