The purpose of this role is to perform testing on coffee and vending machines to ensure product quality, NSV growth, cost savings, and delivery of new product launches meets the consumer requirements and reliability in the market. The criticality of this role is to maintain the accuracy and traceability of results so that the quality of testing is sustained within the desired timeframe.

*Define test strategy, design and lead execution of testing on coffee and vending machines (this includes participating in risk assessments and testing plan development and managing samples)
*Define optimal test environment to simulate real time scenarios
*Maintain close contact with internal customers through providing updates on testing status.
*Adhere to company escalation processes
*Maintain all test results for traceability
*Write in depth reports detailing results and providing feedback to improve product quality and/or validate new parts and machines
*Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment
*Review and update current product test methods and develop new ones
*Develop and train other members of the team on test methods
*Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to the testing protocols and ways of working.

*Comply with company's health and safety policy and procedures

Every day the client takes thousands of decisions that are informed by analytical data, some of which have multi-million dollar consequences on our Brands and Business. Therefore, as the drinks Laboratories, we must ensure that we can trust the data before we act upon it. The Test technician will be highly skilled to perform quality testing in a robust, accurate manner to support the decision making process of Product Assurance internal customers.

1. Education & Professional Qualification
Minimum requirement:
*Must be educated to HND/HNC level (or equivalent) or 2 years on job experience
2. Knowledge/Experience
Minimum requirement:
Technical background, experience in consumer product industry (preferably coffee machines).

*Skilled at technical report writing
*Strong analytical, problem solving and communications skills
*Able to work under tight time constraints
*Skilled at data entry and computer literacy (Microsoft Word and Excel)
*Able to use their own initiative and be pro-active
*Attention to detail
