Adecco in Welwyn Garden City are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to work with a rapidly growing client based in Welwyn Garden City.

Hours - Monday to Friday 9am-6pm.
Hourly rate £8.37

Temporary to Permanent opportunity.

Main Duties

*Answering phones
*Taking customer enquiries
*Data entry on internal system
*Day to day support for the team
* Customer liaison and reporting

The right candidate needs to have the following:

*Professional phone manor
*Initiative to work alone and in a team
*Excellent communication skills
*Punctual and reliable
* Experience within a pharmaceutical environment would be advantageous
