Adecco in Welwyn Garden City are recruiting for a Administrator for a pharmaceutical company based in Welwyn Garden City, this is a temporary position with the opportunity to go permanent for a suitable candidate.

Hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.

Your main duties will include:

* Assisting the management team in daily duties
* Answering calls dealing with customer/supplier order queries in a timely manner
* Support on all admin functions
* Stock Purchasing
* Ability to negotiate by phone
* Build effective business relationships with suppliers and customers
* Meet all deadlines
