We are seeking a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor based in central Southend on Sea. This role will include:-

*Providing excellent customer service to German based clients and customers
*Dealing with any queries that arise
*Sending all correspondence and general administration
*Taking orders over the telephone

The ideal candidate must be fluent in German and English(verbal and written)to be able to converse naturally.

The interview will be in part English and part German. The ability to use Microsoft is required and good attention to detail.
