Do you have experience with booking patient appointments?

Are you happy to work in a medical environment?

If so read on, Adecco are proud to be working with a well established Company who are seeking a Booking Officer to join their expanding team.

Requirements :

·  Highly Organised

·  Good customer service skills

·  Background in booking appointments (ideally within the medical industry)

·  Computer literate

·  Ideally holds a current DBS dated within 12 months

Duties:

·  Dealing with all documentation

·  Answering the phones

·  Responding to emails

·  Booking in patients

Location: Southend

Salary: £10 per hour

Working days: Monday to Friday (some weekends may be required so flexibility will be needed)

Working hours: 9am to 5pm

Duration of contract: Temporary 3 months
