Our client based on the outskirts of Lincoln City Centre are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a temporary basis for 3 to 4 months.
The role will include:
* Working with Sales and Purchase ledgers
* Invoicing and posting out payments
* Answering the phone, responding to email queries, and liaising with suppliers
* Filing
* Sending out statements to customers and entering in the journals
To be considered for this role you will need:
* A background working with SAGE 50
* Computer literate especially with Excel, Word and Outlook
* Have a minimum of AAT Level 3 or relevant Accountancy based qualification
* Previous working background in a similar role
This role is 24 hours per week, working across Monday to Friday but working hours are flexible.
