You will be..
* Working within a sales target driven environment
* Working as part of a small team. Provide backup to other team members and be flexible and willing to perform varied duties
* Completion and dispatch of customer orders within strict deadlines
* Handling complex enquiries/complaints

* Minimum GCSE level in Maths & English or equivalent
* Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
* A polite, friendly and tactful manner with a good understanding of customer needs
* Previous experience of customer service either face to face or over the phone
* Self-motivated and driven
* Ability to work decisively under pressure
* Proven experience within a sales environment
* Proven negotiation skills
* Computer literate, Microsoft office and previous experience in Sage CRM system preferred
* Flexible with a 'can do' attitude
