Technical Administrator
Manchester
�9 per hour +

Adecco are currently recruiting for an experienced Technical Administrator to join a fantastic company in their Manchester office to support their sales and operations team with all administrative and ordering duties.

Our client is a reputable and established company supplying bespoke reinforcement products to a wide range of manufacturing businesses across the UK. Your role will be to manage all administration around sales order processing.

Key Responsibilities

A technical administration background would be an advantage
An excellent level of attention to detail to process orders accurately
Using CRM and Excel systems to process customer orders
Deal with stock and delivery issues and queries
Aftersales support - Returns, invoice queries, credits and debits
Calling customers to update with changes on their Purchase Orders
Calling customers to get more information about their Purchase Orders
Assist external sales force in ensuring that the region achieves its sales forecast

Previous Experience Required
Use of a CRM system is desirable
Customer service experience
IT literate including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Professional, self motivated, driven and methodical
Excellent communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work effectively both alone and as part of a team

Hours of work are Monday - Friday between 8am - 6pm
