My client is a outsource umbrella company based in east London. The role of the System Analyst is to work with business users and IT to plan and design.

Responsibilities

Work closely with developers

Meet with decision makers, systems owners and resolve business systems issues.

Create systems models, specifications, diagrams and charts to provide direction to system programmers. Coordinate in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems.

Assist in the planning, design and deployment of new applications and existing applications.

Conduct research on hardware and software products

Provide orientation, coordinating and training to end users for all modified and new systems.

Essential Skills

Previous experience with high volume Payroll Systems environment will be an advantage

Good project management skills and stakeholder management skills.
