SYSTEM OFFICER

EALING

CONTRACT

MON - FRI

£16.45 PER HOUR

Adecco are currently recruiting for a System Officer to work within a Local Authority based in Ealing.

The System Officer will need the following skills;

Excel with advanced functions

Ability to reconcile data between two or more systems

Working Experience with the open Housing Management System

Some basic finance skills (Journals processing)

Some of the functions will involve;

Processing income files received from Civica on the Housing System

Various reconciliations of data between two systems or more issuing excel advances functions

preparing rent reports from the housing data extracts after the weekend billing run and processing them into journals for submission to Finance at month end

Updating charges, attributes, bed changed etc on the housing system

Running various month end reports off business objects, manipulating them and presenting them in format for reporting

Involved in occasional user acceptance testing for systems version upgrades or fixes

Processing various functions on OHMS (right to buy, demolitions, buybacks) using the systems manual.
