I am recruiting for a number of call handlers to work on a temporary on going basis, for the right candidate this could be a temp to perm position. The role will consist of dealing with a large number of inbound calls within the emergency services.
* Screening calls and asking relevant questions regarding the incident
* Qualifying the call and directing it to the correct services
* Data entry ensuring all records are up to date
* you will be first point of contact and will be responsible for giving advice on sensitive matters
* Strong I.T skills
* excellent customer service skills
* Ability to use own initiative
The ideal candidate will need to be flexible working rotating shifts.
