Our respected client based in Lincoln is looking to recruit for a Supply Chain Administrator to join their small, friendly team on a full time, permanent basis.

This role will involve providing Administration support to the Supply Chain department ensuring that deliveries and information are confirmed with suppliers. You will be working towards tight time scales and be used to working in a busy environment. You will raise purchase orders, keep systems up to date and liaise with suppliers. You will inform customers of late deliveries providing a high level of customer service while ensuring that the problem is resolved quickly and efficiently. It is essential that candidates have strong "conflict management" skills and are always able to look at situations positively.

The ideal candidate will:

-Have a background in Supply Chain or Administration
-Have a background in Raw Materials or Purchasing
-Have excellent coordination skills
-Have strong problem solving skills with the ability to work well under pressure
-Ensure high levels of quality in line with business requirements
-Adaptable and work well in a constantly changing environment

Hours of work will be Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 4.00pm / Friday 7.30am to 12.30pm. Free parking is available.
