A fantastic Summer opportunity has arisen for Inbound Customer Service Advisers, based in Knowsley, L33 7RX.

In conjunction with our client - SERCO, we are offering short term work, to assist with UCAS clearing on A Level results day in August.

We can guarantee work for a minimum of 5 days which comprises of 4 days training, and a minimum of 1 day on the phone.

There may also be work in the interim period available.

This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in learning more about university admissions, admin and gain vital customer service experience, in an inbound call centre environment.

We need people to provide guidance on the UCAS process, take ownership of applicant queries and assist with technical aspects of the process - password resets etc. - over this busy period.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of Grade C in GCSE English and Maths, experience of - or willingness to learn about - the undergraduate admissions process, as well as interpersonal skills and a firm grasp of IT.

You must be available to work between 7am and 8pm on A' Level results Thursday 16 th August.

We are looking for candidates who have some call centre/customer service experience or understanding of what makes excellent Customer Service.
