Our global and world renowned client are looking to build a team of experienced Software Engineers to play a key part in their exciting 6-month project! Working as part of the Chief Technology and Architecture office you will play a key role in a global team who are looking for innovative, passionate and talented individuals to come on board! The project is focused on Service Providers looking to enterprises for a new source of revenue. And exploring the idea of 5G raising the question as to how this enables Service Providers to target new revenues.

Roles and Responsibilities for the Software Engineer:

·  Enterprise network operation to support SP network functions;

·  Developing the enterprise network environment to deploy SP managed services and exchanging intent of operation;

·  SP Managed Service to deploy SP network functions into Enterprise network;

·  Deploying private mobile network across the enterprise network by the SP as a managed service and configured by the Enterprise operations;

·  SP Private Network Management;

·  Extending the Ultra Packet Core management system for private mobile network configuration and operation;

·  SP Private Network Operation Service;

·  Managed Service application for utilisation of the Enterprise to deploy and run the private mobile network;

·  DNAC procedures for service operation;

·  Enhancing DNAC Enterprise network management to interface with SP managed service for management and operation of private mobile network.

What skills and experience does the Software Engineer require?

·  Commercial experience of managing service platform developments and open API development;

·  Robust knowledge and experience of Network function life cycle management;

·  A sound understanding an experience of working with public cloud platforms & Cloud native software architecture & development environment (GCP, AWS, Azure);

·  Intent based management and operation experience;

·  An understanding of Linux, Docker, Kubernetes would be beneficial;

·  Other Languages & Tools which would prove beneficial to have knowledge of: Python, C, Go, javascript, git, REST API, Swagger, OpenAPI, gRPC (Google RPC), protobuf, NETCONF, YANG, ConfD

Package available for the Software Engineer:

·  An opportunity to be involved in an exciting 6-month project with a world-renowned company;

·  Up to £500.00 per day DOE;

·  A remote position with a view to office attendance as and when required;
