Adecco Ipswich are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a large local employer who are based on the outskirts of Ipswich. Our client are keen to recruit an experienced Team Leader to drive their Social Media team to success. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive business who offer extensive career progression.

The main focus of this role is to manage a team of advisors who support their client's social media channels such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TripAdvisor and Trust pilot to ensure brand experience is delivered.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·  Ensure that the team adhere and meet all SLA's

·  Ensure the team are up to date with key information and campaigns

·  Reporting on daily social performance and trending topics to the management teams

·  Provide a continuous cycle of training, coaching and feedback to ensure bets practice

The ideal candidate will have a background of people management, ideally from a contact centre or retail background. Due to the nature of the role and the clients the team will be supporting Social media in a business setting is essential. Experience and or knowledge of Weibo and WeChat is desired.
