Summary
A proven Team Administrator is required to help, support and deliver the testing and commissioning of all systems packages for the Crossrail C660 project. Report to T&C Coordination Manager and WAD Manager
Purpose of Role
Typical responsibilities include:
* Manage booking in and out of T&C test equipment, arranging calibration of equipment and maintain test equipment tracker
* Responsible for the running of the stores, providing assistance where needed with replenishing supplies and reporting on its status back to line manager
* Managing and tacking the levels of comms equipment spares
* Hiring and off hiring of plant and equipment, and tracking the costs of the hiring account.
* Order PPE/Stationary using OneSRM
* Logging IT requests - new starter equipment & IT issues
* Timesheet approvals (when required)
* Analyse shift reports to generate weekly MI
Knowledge & Experience
* Excellent MS Office Skill inc Excel & Word
* Strong organisational and planning skills
* Experience of working within a construction site environment/office
* Construction site filing and record keeping
