You will be responsible for the provision and despatch of internal/external customer orders, ensuring that shipments are arranged at the correct security level and that all control measures are in place. You will also reconcile monthly transport invoices and freight accruals and despatch orders off the electronic order system.

Candidates should have knowledge and experience of:

·  Proven knowledge of Stock Control management of finished goods.

·  Shipping of products globally using road, sea and air transport (known consignor knowledge)

·  Invoicing and freight accruals using SAP ByD or a similar system.

·  Intermediate/Advanced Excel, Word, ERP.

·  Excellent numeracy skills.

·  Experience in busy fast paced manufacturing environment desirable.

·  Excellent communication skills.
