Project Outline - 100+ Staffing requirement project for customer services officers assigned to a temporary assignment for a train operating company in Derby and the surrounding area.
In this exciting role as a staffing rota/shift scheduler based in Newcastle-under-Lyme ST5, you will be working within the fast-paced recruitment hub and will be responsible for delivering an efficient scheduling recruitment support service to the project team and the company. Your main duties will include:
· Updating and maintain daily and weekly reports to share with associates and line managers
· Liaising with client and candidates on shift changes / rota alterations
· Shift covers for last minute absence
· Building a contingency pool of workers
Job Requirements The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong administrative skills. You will be a great team-player but capable of working on your own initiative to achieve great results within tight deadlines. You will need to posses the following skills to excel in this role: * Strong PC skills * The ability to follow a process * Organised * Work to deadlines * Self starter * Excellent communication skills * Good eye for detail
