Adecco Cramlington are delighted to represent our client in their search for a Sewing Machinist on Tem-Perm basis. This is a brilliant opportunity for a candidate who wants to be offered stability within a growing organisation.

The Role:

·  Operating fully automated stitching equipment to embroider and emboss logos onto clothing

·  Operating flat beds and over lockers, stitching products, changing reels and bobbins

·  Quality inspection of garments, packing, labelling and bagging items

·  Working to various production drawings, making sure all specifications are met

The Person:

·  At least 5 years' experience operating a sewing machine

·  Experience in producing different products using various stitching techniques

·  The ability to understand technical drawings

·  Excellent attention to detail, with good problem solving skills

·  Good Organisation and planning skills

·  The ability to work alone or in a team
