We are currently looking for a professional Service Advisor who will dealing with customers in person and over the phone. The role requires an individual who takes pride in providing an excellent service whilst working to deadlines and under pressure. You must have a calm and approachable manner and have the ability to resolve issues, often dealing with varied requests. Good administration skills are essential, you must be computer literate with experience of Kerridge being an advantage.
