Adecco are delighted to be working with a fantastic company based in Portsmouth, looking to hire a Service support Engineer who have experience with refrigeration and water cooler systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: -

·  Process service engineers reports and identify further works.

·  Preparation of quotations/Order entry /Acknowledgement of Orders onto company system

·  Assist with preparing invoices for service work based on quoted activity and time sheets

·  Assist with managing renewals of maintenance agreements

·  Assist with maintain work schedule for Service Engineers and compiling weekly expenses.

·  Assist in Providing Service Engineers with product support & Technical Help

·  Site visits and hands-on activities in support of other Service Engineers or on a direct basis as the needs of the department, or as our customers, dictate will be necessary.

Experience required

·  BTEC or NVQ L2 Refrigeration

·  F-Gas Qualified

·  CSCS Skill Card

·  Minimum 3 years within the refrigeration industry.

·  Experience with Air Cooled & Water-Cooled Chillers.

·  Computer literacy skills

·  Work schedule Planning

·  Customer interaction

Package

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum (Dependant on experience)

Full time permanent position
