A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Desk Analyst to join my client, a global supplier of industrial products and services, at their office in Stoneleigh, Warwickshire.

The role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis. You will be required to deliver an effective and efficient Service Desk service initially focusing on European support of our successful Industrial Vending solution.
You will review, monitor and process requests received from each country across Europe to modify inventory stocking levels within our range of vending machines. You will need to effectively update inventory machine product changes, work closely with local Country teams to co-ordinate and schedule a suitable date/time for the rework and liaise with engineers who will carry out site visits to perform the physical machine reconfiguration if required.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

* Support European countries to quickly and efficiently complete profile changes and system / data re-configurations
* Liaise with users to ensure the business requirements for all enhancements/modifications are properly understood
* Analyse the Inventory System and identify areas of improvement for optimising stock turn and reducing item stock outs.
* Review scheduled machine product and profile modifications and provide advisory information to optimise vending efficiency for our customers whilst maintaining full revenue potential for the company
* Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance logs / records including database cleansing.
* Create, introduce and maintain a new reports to effectively monitor stock turn activity for internal/external customers, and to demonstrate potential areas of cost saving.
* Become a technical "expert" within the team to share, advise and understand the requirements of Vendor Managed Services and support the introduction of new products and services.
* Provide efficient technical support and co-ordinate any necessary resolution with relevant internal departments

The Ideal Candidate:

ESSENTIAL:

·  Previous B2B Service Desk Knowledge

·  Must be able to communicate information in a clear, articulate and persuasive manner to a wide range of managers and operatives.

DESIRABLE:

·  Previously used and updated stock systems.

·  Previous knowledge of vending or VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) Solutions

·  Able to demonstrate a clear understanding of customer service and in particular, delivering a replenishment service

This is a shift role requiring variable shifts each week between 7am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday and will also be required to provide bank holiday cover according to business need.
