Adecco Stevenage are currently recruiting for a Service Coordinator , to work for a fantastic local company based in Stevenage. They are a leader in their field and are in a continuous state of growth, which makes joining them a very good opportunity.

Responsibilities:

·  Dealing with customer queries regarding all breakdowns, preventive maintenance, renewal of service contracts

·  Actioning the service inbox

·  Provide accurate quotations for the repair of products

·  Raising tickets for repair & performance plan maintenance; allocating jobs to service engineers and subsequent ticket closure using CRM and Outlook

·  Proactive communication with the customer and field sales giving clear and concise information regarding the status of the enquiry

·  Creating invoices using SAP

·  Creating service contracts using SAP

·  Proactive review of the service calendar and regular liaison with the service engineers to maximise time management

·  To contribute to the efficient working of the office based team

Tasks:

·  Supporting the service team in their daily activities with information requests, quotation requirements and follow

·  Adhere to ISO procedures and processes in place and to make suggestions for improvement to enhance the effectiveness of the team/process

·  Answering all queries (phone calls, e-mail, web enquiries) related to service

·  Individually assigned key service accounts coordination

·  Pipette & epMotion tool calibration/service/repair process & billing

·  Ongoing review of open tickets

·  Ensuring that invoicing is done in a timely manner

·  Ensuring spare parts are consumed from the correct storage location during invoice process

·  Manage the service contract renewal process

·  Complete IQ/OQ documentation for submission to customer

·  Issuing Risk Assessments & Method Statements

·  Direct customer technical queries to the TPS team or engineer

·  To carry out any other such duty as may be reasonably assigned from time to time at the discretion of the Service Supervisor

Training, professional experience:

·  Previous experience as a service coordinator in a demanding reactive service environment is a must

·  A good understanding of figures and numeracy is vital to this role

·  Someone who exhibits exceptional customer service qualities and telephone manner

·  Commercial experience of an office/sales environment and knowledge of commercial contracts is desirable

Professional skills, special knowledge:

·  Highly proficient in MS Word & excel with accurate keyboard skills

·  Knowledge of SAP is essential

·  Able to work independently and within a larger team

·  Apply good time management skills as attention to detail and the ability to multi-task plus work to deadlines are critical

·  Open to challenge and have a high level of adaptability plus ability to prioritise changing responsibilities

·  A strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills who is thorough and meticulous

·  A positive and enthusiastic team player that is keen to be an essential part of a dynamic team in a supporting role
