We're currently recruiting for a Service Charge Client Accountant to join a successful company based in Essex.

Your duties will include:

* Setting up property accounting data of properties on database.

* Accounting to clients on quarterly basis for ground rents received.

* Closing down year end after finalisation of accounts.

* Preparation and submission of tax returns.

* Dealing with service charge.

* Raising periodic service charge demands in accordance with agreed timescales.

The most suitable candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and have previous experience managing service charge budgets.
